Depending on how you use DCAstrat, we may process information that you provide directly or that is generated by your use of the service:

• Account information, such as email address, username, authentication identifiers, and profile settings.
• Strategy and analysis information, such as DCA settings, selected assets, timeframes, risk inputs, portfolio entries, and saved tool configuration.
• Broker connection information needed to support SnapTrade-connected workflows, such as connection status, selected account metadata, order status, and identifiers returned by broker connectivity providers.
• Support information you choose to send us, including messages, screenshots, issue details, and contact information.
• Operational information, such as basic logs, security events, request metadata, device/browser details, and diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

DCAstrat may use third-party services to operate account access, broker connectivity, market data, email delivery, hosting, observability, and security. For broker-linked workflows, SnapTrade and the connected broker help facilitate account linking and trading actions. DCAstrat does not ask you to email broker passwords or credentials.

Third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. You should review those policies before linking an account or using connected broker features.

• Provide account access, authentication, profile management, and user-specific settings.
• Run analysis tools, strategy builders, portfolio views, and broker-connected workflows requested by you.
• Display market data, connection states, order status, and service reliability information.
• Respond to support requests, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.
• Meet legal, security, compliance, and operational obligations.

DCAstrat may use necessary cookies, session storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, and application state. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell browsing behavior to advertisers.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or support user-requested functionality. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of supported account data, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information handled by DCAstrat. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, email account, broker account, and connected devices secure.

DCAstrat is an analysis and trading tool only. Information shown in the service is not investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Your use of DCAstrat, including any broker-connected feature, is at your own risk.
