By accessing or using DCAstrat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

DCAstrat provides market analysis, charting, portfolio views, strategy planning, DCA tooling, risk indicators, and broker-connected trading workflows. The service is intended to help you analyze information and manage tools you configure. It does not make decisions for you.

DCAstrat does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, accounting, or trading advice. Any market data, calculations, indicators, alerts, strategy outputs, portfolio views, or order tools are informational and operational only.

You should independently review all data, settings, assumptions, orders, fees, broker confirmations, tax consequences, and risks before acting. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

• Use DCAstrat only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.
• Keep your account, email, broker account, devices, and authentication methods secure.
• Review all strategy settings, portfolio inputs, order details, and broker confirmations before relying on them.
• Ensure that any trading activity complies with your broker rules, applicable law, tax obligations, and personal risk tolerance.
• Do not use DCAstrat to violate law, abuse systems, scrape data without permission, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Market data, prices, candles, indicators, risk models, portfolio calculations, and strategy outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or based on third-party sources. DCAstrat does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, availability, or fitness of any data or calculation.

Historical results, backtests, indicators, and analysis outputs do not guarantee future performance. Digital assets, securities, and trading strategies can lose value, including the full amount invested.

If you connect a broker or use SnapTrade-supported functionality, broker account linking, account data, order submission, execution, and settlement may depend on third-party systems outside DCAstrat control. Orders may fail, be delayed, execute at a different price than expected, partially fill, be rejected, or incur fees, taxes, spread, slippage, and other costs.

You are responsible for verifying all broker connections, account selections, order instructions, confirmations, balances, positions, restrictions, and resulting activity directly with your broker.

DCAstrat may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may also restrict or terminate access if we believe use of the service violates these terms, creates risk, harms the service, or is unlawful.

DCAstrat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCAstrat and its operators are not responsible for investment losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, broker errors, third-party failures, inaccurate data, tax consequences, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how DCAstrat handles information connected with account access, portfolio analysis, strategy tooling, broker connectivity, support, and security. By using DCAstrat, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
